Q. How do I book a Party?
A. Contact Audrey at 512.971.1414 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We can help you schedule the celebration package of your dreams for the perfect date and time. A deposit and signed booking agreement will reserve your magical party.
Q. How much do I tip?
A. If you feel we made your dreams come true, we encourage a gratuity around 20%.
Q. What area do you service?
A. We service Austin Texas and surrounding areas as far south as San Marcos, as far north as Cedar Park, as far east as Bastrop and as far west as Dripping Springs. Mileage fees may apply for travel outside network.
Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. We accept checks and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. You will receive an invoice via email once you book with us.
Q. Can boys attend Wish Upon a Star parties too?
A. Absolutely! We are happy to make accommodations for our little princes. We can provide prince and super hero costumes at your request!
Q. What time should party guests arrive?
A. We recommended that your guest arrive 15-20 minutes before the princess arrives. We don't want anyone to miss a magical moment!
Q. Where do parties take place?
We can have the party in your home, back yard, apartment clubhouse, recreation center, public park or any private venue that you wish to secure. All of the equipment we bring with us is portable and lightweight. We pride ourselves on our set-up and clean-up.
